10 Keys to Detox

After Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years our bodies are ready for a little detox. With the help of these foods and supplements, you will be right on your way to a clearer head and slimmer figure.

Here are the 10 foods and supplements to use detox:

1) Vitamin C

Vitamin C is a powerful supplement to help your body detox. Vitamin C is loaded with antioxidants, immunity support, and components that help detox your liver., Vitamin C can also help you lose belly fat, help you fight stress and reduce adrenal fatigue. You can eat lemons, grapefruits or take supplements to increase your Vitamin C consumption. This is the perfect supplement to take after the holidays!

2) Turmeric
