Success Tip: How to become more Consistent and Reach your Goals!

We do a lot of business coaching in our private groups, but one success tip that I think can impact any area of your life is consistency!

Do you struggle with being consistent?

 

Here are some tips to help you set up a system to become consistent to help you reach your goals:

 

Put it in your calendar

If you fail to plan, then you plan to fail – If you plan to do something, just create a line in your planner for it.

Drink a glass of water every hour? Set up an alarm!

Take 5 minutes to walk every hour? Set up a reminder!

 

Really, your planner or phone could hold the key to being more consistent in anything!

 

1% changes

Have a BIG goal, but getting overwhelmed with everything to get there?

Break it down into 1% changes that help you get closer to your goal.

Instead of trying to change your whole diet in one day… focus on one meal a day!

Instead of trying to run a marathon on day one, run for 2 minutes and walk for one minute and see how far you can go!

 

You can reach any goal you want… if you don’t give up : )
