I would consider myself a very healthy person…

For the most part – I do try to stick to that 80/20 rule of eating healthy. (Except on vacations, haha!)

 

As much as I tried to eat a salad every day, and trying new vegetables as side dishes each night…

I just knew I wasn’t getting everything in that I needed.

 

and I felt it too…

 

What about super foods?

We all know we should be eating them everyday, we know how important they are (do antioxidants ring a bell?)… but how many of us eat 52 herbs and superfoods each day? 

I have been studying nutrition for years, and there were so many foods I knew I should be eating… but actually buying them and eating them before they spoiled was a whole different story.

 

So I thought… “What if I could easily add something into my day, to fill in all those gaps?”

 

 

This is what I found. 

I started drinking Greens when I was still nursing (and you can ask your doctor for approval as well). I just knew that my body was missing some key nutrients, I was lacking.

Before I started drinking Greens, I was tired and crashing in the afternoon. I was having bad sugar cravings, and I was having more trouble losing weight. I was feeling stressed and having trouble sleeping at night. (These are some signs that you may be deficient too).

I don’t know if you guys deal with picky kids… but I really feel like I have the pickiest ones of all, haha – which is not a competition I wanted to compete in. I asked my doctor if he thought I could give Greens to my kids – and he said yes. What I love is that when I read all the fruits and vegetables that are in Greens to Aidalyn, she says “Yuck!” – but then she’ll drink Greens without any complaints.
