There are many different foods that can help strengthen our nails and many of these fit right in with a healthy diet too!
Adding gelatin to your diet can be an easy way to strengthen your hair and nails. Gelatin is a great source of protein and can help improve your digestion. Fruits and Vegetables
It is no secret that fruits and vegetables are filled with vitamins and minerals that are healthy for you and will make stronger nails naturally. Fruit is a great snack to eat with yogurt and vegetables are wonderful as part of a main dish or side on your dinner plate.
