  1. These are some great tips, Angela. I’ll be looking into those Hair Skin Nails tablets. I bit my nails for the longest time, but after I stopped biting and started using a file and clippers, I immediately noticed a difference in my nail health.

  2. Hey there great tips to follow for having stronger nails. I would like to add one more point, applying olive oil on the nails also strengthen them. I have my personal experience with this.
