How to Reach your New Years Weight Loss Goal

I know there is some debate about weather or not you should make a New Year’s Resolution… but from a Goal Setting stand point – Everyone should make goals and I’m going to share a few tips to help you reach them : )

 

How to Set Goals you can Reach

 

I know most people set goals to lose weight (especially after the average American gains 7 pounds between October and New Years). Let’s turn that into a REAL goals and actually themย write downย *you are more likely to reach a goal if you write it down.

Let’s make our goals SMART:ย 

To make sure your goals are clear and reachable, each one should be:

  • Specific (simple, sensible, significant).
  • Measurable (meaningful, motivating).
  • Achievable (agreed, attainable).
  • Relevant (reasonable, realistic and resourced, results-based).
  • Time bound (time-based, time limited, time/cost limited, timely, time-sensitive).

 

I will lose 10 pounds by March 2017.

I will eat 80% of my meals at home for 3 months straight.

I will walk 30 minutes a day for 3 months.

 

If you have a goal to lose weight (when I surveyed my readers 100% wanted to lose weight), I want to share with your some tips and products that have helped me and 100’s of my clients reach their weight loss goals.

 

Products to help you Reach Your Goals

I know that me personally, I always love to use natural products that can help me reach my goals faster. These are products that I use personally and love the results they have given me.

 

Greens – I know you probably have heard my love of Greens… and it is true love because they help me so much! I was able to cut my sugar cravings, headaches, and after slump when I started drinking Greens. I also lost a few pounds because I was eating healthier. What I love is they are easy to add to your day (mix into water or juice, smoothies, yogurt, applesauce)

Core – Core is a wholefood nutrition supplement (I love wholefood supplements because my body knows what to do when the nutrients come from an apple and broccoli instead of synthetic) It has a metabolism booster in it too to help you burn more calories during your day (win-win there!)

Cleanse – I LOVE this two day herbal cleanse to help me start off any weight loss plan. This naturally helps you get rid of any extra toxins you may be holding onto. It uses Aloe Vera and Blue Agave, so it is a natural cleanse without any harsh side effects.

Probiotics – There are several studies that have recently showed how important Probiotics are for your health and can help you lose weight too. I know that me personally, I have used other probiotics in the past and this is my favorite! I could tell a HUGE difference in only 2-3 days with less bloating and more regular.

Body Wraps – I know the very first product I tried was our herbal body wraps because I wanted to tighten and tone my trouble zones. They worked so great, I got hooked – haha! If you are losing weight or have lost weight in the past and are looking to tighten up your skin naturally without surgery, you need to try these too. I started using them after I had my second baby (post baby belly wasn’t pretty) and now I use them every 3 months or so to keep my stomach flat.
