Many of us have made a resolution to get fit, get healthy, and get results in the new year. Did you know that the vast majority of people will quit before Valentine’s Day?
Now is the time to stay consistent, accountable and reach your goals! It’s time to get Fit Together!
Start off with a Warm Up
Jog for 2 minutes
Squat 10 reps.
Lunges 10 reps.
Workout Begins
Repeat circuit 2x through. Rest 30 Seconds between circuits.
Squats 20 reps.
Jumping Jacks 20 reps.
Jumping Lunges 20 reps (alternating legs). Rest 30 seconds.
Mountain Climbers 20 reps.
Kettlebell Swings 20 reps.
Side Lunges 20 reps (alternating sides).
Repeat circuit 3 times for a challenge!
