3 TIPS TO MAKE A NEW HABIT STICK

If you have been following me, you know that I started my own celery juice challenge. It has been over a MONTH!

I haven’t missed a single day – even though I traveled and wasn’t at home every day!

The key is this

CREATE A NEW HABIT!

Step 1:

Tie it to something you already do.

So I always wake up  and I knew that I needed to drink the celery juice first thing in the morning.

So the night before, I put everything I needed by my bed so as soon as I woke up I could drink it.

Step 2:

Write your goal down. Use a tracker to keep track of your progress and keep you accountable  Give yourself a reward for staying consistent.

Did you know that people who write down their goals are more likely to REACH their goal

Step 3:

Have an accountability partner! I had a groups of friends who all started the celery challenge together and we all shared daily how we felt – how we were doing – our results

Now after a month of doing a celery challenge, it has become a habit that I do each morning when I wake up  and because I can feel it working and helping me stay regular, lose bloat, and get rid of cravings – I’m not stopping any time soon!

If you are struggling to put new habits in place, focus on these three steps for starting new healthy actions and keeping them
