5 Simple Ways to Detox Naturally
I’m gonna tell you I woke up this morning and I stepped outside my bedroom, it was a little bit warmer where my bedroom was I stepped outside in my living room.
And I was like, oh my gosh. Finally, it finally feels like fall.
I expect the leaves should start to change and it’s just starting to look more like fall outside, but I’m so thankful for cooler mornings.
I’m hopping in here today because I love talking about easy simple ways to help normal moms just like me feel their best!
One of the ways that I learned is to make sure that my body is working the best that it can. If we’re holding on all these toxins and different things… We just can’t feel our best!
We feel sluggish. We feel bloated. We’ve got headaches, because our body is just holding on to different toxins that we need to get rid of.
A lot of people don’t realize that there are simple ways to help your body detox.
Detox is not a four letter word.
Detox is not something to be scared about. It doesn’t mean that you have to be in the bathroom.
I’m sharing 5 different, easy ways to help you detox so that you feel your best and you have energy. And so if that’s something that you’re interested in that is what I’m talking about today:

This is something I actually learned more about when I was pregnant and dealing with restless leg syndrome (which can be a symptom of having low magnesium), but the more I learned about it – I realized it was a great way to help your body detox naturally!

Detox Negative Thoughts
The more that I learn about how our thoughts direct our lives… it is more apparent that if we want to see positive changes in our lives… we have to include our thoughts.
This can include a daily devotion or prayer time. Listening to sermons, or podcasts. Make sure you allow your mind to focus on positive thoughts and push out the negative.

Daily Greens Drinks
This was one change I made 5 years ago, and I haven’t stopped because of how much it helps me have more naturally energy and helped me lose the baby weight naturally.
Now, I start my day with a daily celery juice drink that helps me detox at a cellular level. Seriously, if you have never done a celery challenge before.. You have to! I was so skeptical that it could actually help me and it made a WORLD of a difference in just a week!
I always start my day with just celery, but I end my day with my favorite chocolate detoxing drink.

I don’t know about you, but I’m not perfect, haha. I don’t even pretend to eat perfectly. I usually follow an 80/20 rule… but to help get rid of toxins after a holiday, a vacation, a splurge, pizza night…
Once a month, I always do a two day herbal cleanse.
This has been the easiest two day cleanse I have ever done because you don’t need to stop eating, you don’t need to hang out by the bathroom…
Just drink 2 bottles a day for two days and make healthy eating choices.
I always love how it helps me de-bloat and get back on track.
