You would not believe fall is seriously my favorite season and this morning was the first morning where I woke up and it felt like fall outside!
I walked out of my bedroom and it was just cool. I think it was in the 40s like upper 40s. It just felt so refreshing. It felt so good.
I’m so excited about this season.
I got the idea of doing a fall into health challenge.
There are so many things that fall brings… It brings holidays… It brings family together… it brings warm and cozy evenings by the fire.
I think we’re going to do a fire pit tonight, because the girls are obsessed with our fire pit. We roast hot dogs out there and different things like that.
There are all these memories associated with fall, but, but I’m going to have to have a big BUT in there…
BUT fall season is kind of the start of whenever the average person gains like 10 to 15 pounds
If you’re an average american… that’s just what they say is the average weight gain between now and New Year’s – 10 to 15 pounds.
I don’t know about you, but I don’t want to gain weight during the fall! I want to be healthy.
I want to fall into health. I want to fall into a healthier version of myself – to become a healthier me.
