Low Carb & Gluten Free Tuna Broccoli Casserole

This tuna casserole is low carb and gluten free. It is full of flavor!

Serves: 4-6
Ingredients
  • 5 cups of broccoli (2 small frozen bags)
  • 3 cups of cauliflower (1 small frozen bag)
  • 2 6 oz cans drained tuna or salmon
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 tsp of salt (you may want more salt to taste)
  • ½ tsp of pepper
  • ½ tsp of red pepper flakes
  • ½ tsp of celery seed powder
  • 1 tsp of garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon of Italian seasoning
  • 8 oz of cream cheese
  • ¾ cup of mayonnaise
  • 2 cups of shredded cheddar for topping
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Layer broccoli and cauliflower in 9x13 inch dish.
  3. In a separate bowl mix your onion, fish, seasonings, cream cheese and mayo.
  4. Spread tuna mixture over your broccoli and cauliflower.
  5. Top with shredded cheese.
  6. Bake in oven for 30-45 minutes until everything is bubbly and broccoli is tender.
