An easy way to turn your kids favorite cracker into a gluten free and grain free snack

Serves: 50 crackers
  • ½ cup of shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • ½ tsp of salt
  • ½ tsp of baking soda
  • 1¼ cup of almond flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1½ tablespoons of coconut oil
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Place almond flour, cheese, salt, baking soda in food processor and pulse until combined.
  3. Add in egg and oil and pulse until ball forms.
  4. Using parchment paper, press dough flat onto baking sheet.
  5. Cut your dough into squares.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
Optional add ins: Italian seasonings, chili powder, garlic powder, lime.
