I just started reading a new book with our leadership team, and it has already spoke to me so much I had to share with you!

The book we are reading is Chase the Lion by Mark Batterson – “If your dreams don’t scare you, they aren’t big enough”

I’m only on chapter 5 and I’ve already been convicted to much!

In my business, I hear from so many people “I want to be a great leader” … but what does that actually mean?

I would have never ever EVER said that I was a leader. In my natural state, I am a total introvert – and would rather just be at home alone lol. I’m not very good at making quick decisions. HOW in the world could I be a leader!?!

Have you ever thought about how much you have to offer?

Everyone has different strengths and value to add based on their background and experiences. It is what makes you, “you.”

Sometimes it helps to put the pen to the paper and get organized. By organizing your skills, experiences and knowledge, you can have a better understanding about what you have to offer your work, church and other volunteer roles. read more
