Crock Pot Creamy Chicken Mushroom Casserole

This is an easy crockpot, slower cooker meal that you will not believe is low carb!

- 4-6 chicken breasts
- 1 1/2 cups of shredded mozzarella
- 1 tsp of garlic powder
- 1 tsp of salt
- 1/2 tsp of pepper
- 1 tablespoon of Italian seasoning
- 16 oz of sliced mushrooms
- 8 oz of cream cheese
- 1/3 cup of almond milk
- 7 low carb pita breads
- 1/2 cup of butter melted
Layer in your crock pot the chicken, cheese, and mushrooms.
In a small bowl, combine your cream cheese, milk and seasonings.
Pour milk mixture over your chicken.
In the food processor, place your low carb pita breads and pulse to create bread crumbs.
Add your butter to your bread crumbs and stir to combine.
Top your chicken and soup mixture with the bread crumbs.
Cook in a slow cooker for 4-6 hours on high or 8-10 hours on low
