Homemade Keto Friendly Alfredo Sauce

Ingredients
  

  • 4 Tablespoons of Butter
  • 4 teaspoons of minced garlic
  • 2 cups of heavy whipping cream
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Pinch of nutmeg
  • 1 cup of shredded parmesan cheese

Instructions
 

  • Start by heating your sauce pan on medium high heat.
  • Melt butter.
  • Add garlic and sauté until cooked (about 3 minutes)
  • Slowly add in heavy whipping cream.
  • Bring the cream and butter mixture to a boil, then reduce heat and gently boil for 3-5 minutes.
  • Add in seasonings
  • Keep stirring until cream is thickened to desired consistency. Keep stirring.
  • Add parmesan cheese and stir until melted.
  • Enjoy!
