When you are trying to eat keto or low carb… making sure that you are eating healthy fat throughout the day is SO important.

One of the MOST COMMON MISTAKES when eating low carb or keto is not eating enough fat.

We have been making this recipe every week because it makes it easy to add in extra fat without the extra carbs – which keeps you in fat burning mode and staying full longer too!

Both of these helps you reach your goals!

Why is butter such a great healthy fat to add into your diet?

 Late Night Keto Snack:
Cookie Dough Fat Bombs!!!

🍪

You’ll need:

8 tbsp. (1 stick) butter, softened to room temperature
1/4 c. Keto friendly sugar substitute (I used a stevia blend)
1/2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. almond flour
2/3 c. dark chocolate chips (such as Lily’s)

Directions:

Beat butter in a mixer until light and fluffy. Add sugar substitute, vanilla and salt.
Beat until combined.
Slowly beat in your almond flour until no dry spots remain (I added in 1/4 at a time)
Fold in chocolate chips.

Using a small cookie scoop or spoon, form the dough into small balls. Place in refrigerator to firm slightly, about 15 to 20 minutes.

‍ Pass this on to your bestie who helps you stay on track {but also likes a treat too}
