Chili for a Crowd

How do you Feed a Crowd??

I can’t believe our first ever business retreat was this past weekend (and a huge success!!!)

This was totally on our dream board for about a year –

a) to own a house that could host such an event and

b) actually have people come, haha!

Our main goal was to build stronger connections with each other and encourage each other to develop their skills to build their dream job.

With our first retreat under our belts, I’m already looking forward to the next one!! When planning an overnight retreat, of course my first question is… what are we going to eat?? Haha!  It’s starting to get chilly here in North West Arkansas, so my first thoughts went to a great chili! read more

It looked fairly simple overall. I did some digging online and looked at Food Network’s recipe and Allrecipes. Every Chicken a la King recipe I found was different.

The key ingredients seemed to be chicken, mushrooms, onions in a creamy seasoned sauce. Some recipes served with pasta while others served with biscuits. read more

This crockpot meatball dinner is sure to be a hit at your dinner table. It is hearty and full flavored for filling your appetite. My husband said it was the perfect dinner for a winter night.

The inspiration came from the grocery store. I was shopping this past weekend and I saw these chicken and mozzarella Italian meatballs that were all natural at Krogers. They were Aidelle’s brand. I was really impressed with the ingredients and they were perfectly low carb for a satisfying dinner.

Creamy Spinach and Meatballs

I really wanted to pair these with a creamy sauce. I wasn’t sure starting off what vegetables I wanted to match with the Italian and cheese flavors. Then it finally came to me: Spinach! read more

But thankfully my favorite part of Chinese food is the vegetables.
