One of the potential downsides of a low carb or keto lifestyle is missing out on certain treats or let’s be honest… BREAD!!!
I know that really the biggest difference for my success is having some go-to recipes that help me stay on track when my cravings hit.
The other night… I was craving pizza… BAD!
I knew I really didn’t need a pizza and certainly didn’t want to deal with the guilt and let’s be honest {BLOAT} afterwards.
So I thought to myself… what do I really want?
I got the idea of dipping pretzels in marinara sauce and that sounded oh SO GOOD.
So I tested it out… and said “It was good!” and I tested it out again and again and again!
The one thing I LOVE about this recipe is that is makes a small batch that you can quickly make in about 20 minutes or so.
I make this for lunch just for myself sometimes. Add a salad and it is really filling too!
As you can see… this is not your mama’s low carb recipe, haha!
Even my kids ask for these!

Ingredients:
1/2 cup of mozzarella, shredded
1/2 cup of almond flour
1/2 TBS of butter
Directions:
Preheat oven 400 degrees.
In microwave safe dish, melt the mozzarella cheese and butter and mix well.
Next, add in the almond flour.
