Breakfast can be the most important meal of your day. One Breakfast Hack is to start your day with healthy fats and collagen can help boost your metabolism throughout the day.

The problem is that this type of breakfast burns up quickly leaving you starving just hours later…. and low on energy too.

I don’t know if you have ever been able to travel to some other countries and experience their typical “breakfasts”, but I’ll never forget on my first trip to Italy having breakfast at our hotel and being surprised by what was being served.

  • Cheese (several types)
  • Fresh Fruit

  • Hard Boiled Eggs

Notice any differences?

The typical American “Quick” breakfast consists of quick carbs and if someone is trying to make a “healthy” choice it tends to be a lower fat option.

But what I saw in Italy consisted primarily of healthy fats, low carbohydrates, and some protein.

“Ok that’s great…” but let’s talk about reality!
