Thanksgiving is possibly my favorite holiday.
We have so much to be thankful for and it such a nice reminder to have a day to stop and think about how blessed we really are.
I am thankful for my husband, Adam. Words cannot express how thankful and just in awe I still am that he is my husband. How did I deserve to be able to call him mine? He strives to be just like Christ and wants to serve Him in the way God has gifted. He motivates me to be a better version of myself and pushes me to be more than I was yesterday. What can I say, I love him!
I am thankful for my two little girls. Last year I was still in my first trimester of Annaleigh’s pregnancy (not the most fun I’ve ever been). We are excited to have such a sweet and healthy 5 month old with us this year!
I am thankful for our family. I am so thankful that my husband’s parents decided to fly up and spend the holiday with us again this year. We truly love our family and enjoy it whenever we can visit in person. I am thankful for my mom and sister. I love using facebook to keep in touch and feel like I’m right there at the table drinking coffee with them.
I am eternally grateful for our church, Journey, here in Midlothian. We have found a new family there and have enjoyed being apart of serving and growing along side everyone there. We love our small group that Adam and I lead. We have met some life-long friends that have helped us more than they can imagine.
We are thankful for our health and our bodies ability to heal with proper nutrition and nourishment. Even though we are still being treated by our naturopath for allergies, we have seen change and progress that we are thankful for.
We are already looking forward to such a great and exciting year in 2014, but it is so nice to just reflect on what has happened in 2013.
Thank you all for following me and my family along on our journey!
