Zevia is seriously my favorite keto friendly soda alternative.

I usually buy the caffeine free soda, but I have tried a lot of their flavors. My youngest daughter always tries to steal them from me too! Which I would much rather her drink this than a regular soda!

I got introduced to Peanut Flour a few years ago when I started doing more keto and low carb baking. What I really like to use this for is my smoothies! It is perfect for making a smoothie thick and rich tasting. You will love it!

I use a lot of almond flour in my keto baking and muffin in a mugs. I feel like it is a must in any Keto or Low Carb Pantry.

Aluminum Free Baking Powder

It isn’t a topic I talk about a lot… but I try to avoid aluminum in my self care products as well as in baking. There is some research showing how it can lead to more cancer risks… and I just want to avoid that as much as I can.

Believe it or not, this is one product that I usually have to be online even in my town!

I buy my aluminum free baking powder on Amazon so I know I always have it in my pantry.

Coconut Oil

I always buy the biggest container of coconut oil I can find, haha. If you are like me, you probably use coconut oil for more than just in the kitchen.

I may or may not put it in my hair for a deep conditioner, for shaving my legs or to oil pull for teeth whitening… but I most certainly use it to make fat bombs!

Stevia Sweetened Chocolate Chips

It is no secret that I love chocolate! So when I found stevia sweetened chocolate chips… you know I have to stock up on these.

Pink Himalayan Sea Salt

I use Pink Himalayan Sea Salt for all my baking. Most people don’t know this, but we actually need salt to be healthy.

Typically when you start eating keto or low carb you lose a lot of water weight at first (which is good! because it means you have less inflammation).

But when you lose that water, you also lose electrolytes too. When you are low in electrolytes you may feel tired, have muscle cramps… and have headaches (it could feel like the flu – so it has been named the “Keto Flu”)

Adding back salts is one way to avoid this altogether!
