I have been using these low carb and keto friendly flours for almost 15 years! When I found a way to enjoy my favorite foods with just a few simple swaps, I knew that I could eat like this long term.
Almond flour is really just ground up almonds, so for most of us it is fairly easy and common to find locally.
I feel like almond flour is the easiest keto friendly flour to start with. There are SO many recipes that use this flour.
Coconut flour is another popular keto friendly flour. Words to the wise is just the it is very dense. So you have to be careful when baking with it because it will absorb a LOT of liquid based on how little or much you use.
It is also high in fiber so it is very filling which is good if you need help in reducing your appetite and staying full longer.

Flax seeds are very nutritious. So if you want to add more quality to your keto baking, this is one I would keep handy.
