Can you eat Dessert before Dinner??
When it is packed with protein, healthy fats, and superfoods – Sure you can!

One thing I learned when I was trying to get healthy was that Healthy FATs were my friend! (Seriously!!)
They help me stay full longer (help regulate blood sugar), give you energy (fat is a fuel too!) but without the crash, and they can actually boost your metabolism! So here’s to eating more healthy fats, and enjoying great recipes like this one that gives you fiber, healthy fats, and protein too!
