7 Trim and Healthy Valentine’s Day Treats

7 Trim and Healthy Valentine's Day TreatsTrim and Healthy Valentine’s Day Treats

Valentine’s day treats for me represent Chocolate! A close second would be Cheesecake… and the ultimate treat would be chocolate drizzled on a cheesecake.

This Valentine’s Day don’t be tempted by sugar laden chocolate treats.

There are plenty of options to enjoy when you are trying to eat like a Trim Healthy Mama. Eating carb conscious hasn’t looked more delicious! All these treats would be considered satisfying treats (or S desserts). You can enjoy these after a scrumptious satisfying meal like steak and cauliflower “faux” tatos.

Check out my top picks for this Valentine’s Day!

  1. Thanks for including my Chocolate Peanut Butter Pie recipe! What a great list of yummy desserts. They all include chocolate – my weakness!

  2. The Brownie Cheesecake was fabulous! I have a question about the Snickers Bar recipe. When it says granulated Stevia or the powdered Stevia, is this the extract powder? Can I use erythritol?

    • I’m thinking erythritol would work fine. I’m not sure about the amounts needed. I would think you would be able to just taste test to see. The granulated stevia is her way of saying “truvia” or homemade “truvia.” It looks like in the comments most people made their own erythritol and stevia extract mixture to make “truvia”
