Valentine’s Day would not be the same without a delicious sweet treat to share with the ones you love. In this blog post, I’m sharing 7 Low Carb Valentine’s Day Treats to help you celebrate love without sacrificing your health goals. So let’s get in the kitchen and get low carb baking!

Valentine’s day treats for me represent love and chocolate! A close second would be Cheesecake… and the ultimate treat would be chocolate drizzled on a cheesecake. As we all know, these treats would typically be high and sugar and not very good for a low carb lifestyle.

This Valentine’s Day you don’t have to be tempted by sugar laden chocolate treats. You can celebrate the holiday with these Trim and Healthy Valentine’s Day Treats.

There are plenty of options to enjoy when you are trying to eat like a Low-Carb lifestyle (Like Trim Healthy Mama or KetoEating carb conscious hasn’t looked more delicious! All these treats would be considered satisfying treats (or S desserts). You can enjoy these after a scrumptious satisfying meal like steak and cauliflower “faux” tatos.

  1. Thanks for including my Chocolate Peanut Butter Pie recipe! What a great list of yummy desserts. They all include chocolate – my weakness!

  2. The Brownie Cheesecake was fabulous! I have a question about the Snickers Bar recipe. When it says granulated Stevia or the powdered Stevia, is this the extract powder? Can I use erythritol?

    • I’m thinking erythritol would work fine. I’m not sure about the amounts needed. I would think you would be able to just taste test to see. The granulated stevia is her way of saying “truvia” or homemade “truvia.” It looks like in the comments most people made their own erythritol and stevia extract mixture to make “truvia”
