This Trim Healthy Mama is Throwing a Birthday Party!

My oldest daughter is turning 3 this December! I can’t believe how fast she is growing. This year we are having a small party at our house with some friends to celebrate her special day.

Birthday Parties can be a scary place for a Trim Healthy Mama. All the temptations and unhealthy foods that normally come to a party are not good for your waistline!

This is the perfect solution! A Trim and Healthy Birthday Party!

Here are my recipes I’ve collected to get the party going!

Black Bean Brownies

(True Trim Healthy Mama’s sub Sugar for Stevia and Vegetable oil for Coconut oil) Trim Healthy Mama has a great Special Agent Brownie recipe in their book, a must try! We made it for my daughter’s birthday cake this year. You’ll have to buy the book to get that yummy recipe.


Hot Spinach and Artichoke Dip from SkinnyTaste.com


Pumpkin Cookie Dough Dip 

Trim Healthy Mamas sub the sugar for your preferred sugar substitute. I used stevia extract. (This is a crossover with the carbs and coconut oil, but it’s still healthy and won’t wreck your diet).


Almond Flour Cheese Crackers

Baked Brie and Cranberry Sauce with Walnuts


And don’t forget the Sugar Free Cranberry Sauce!
